The Cellar
It takes its name from the Bastonaca district, in the heart of Cerasuolo di Vittoria, Frappato and Nero d'Avola.
In this land, rich in stories linked to wine, stands this young and modern winery which has its roots in tradition.
The headquarters is an ancient eighteenth-century millstone, where you have the sensation of still smelling the fragrances of the freshly pressed grapes in the stone tanks and the boiling of the must in the vats.
Around, spread over 15 hectares, there are many sapling vines, renewing a glorious past, but, at the same time, with a proud gaze towards a promising future.
The vineyard follows natural agriculture, in organic conversion.
In fact, only natural and recyclable raw materials are used, with total respect for the environment.
Red earth, medium consistency, from sub-Apennine sands, of Pliocene origin and calcareous in nature.
