TOWARDS BORTOLONE POGGIO

Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico obtained from the balanced blend of Nero d'Avola that gives structure and Frappato that adds colorful and fruity notes, softening the more marked characteristics of the former. On the nose it is intense and elegant, never aggressive: primary notes of a beautiful soft and warm red fruit accompanied by spices typical of the grape variety and soft notes deriving from the toasting of the Tonneaux, which however are not overbearing. A scent that does not tire but continues to give new sensations. In the mouth a marked flavor with a soft and delicate tannin. It pairs with mature cheeses and roast game, the most demanding appreciate it with tuna steak on a bed of onions in Para Para reduction.
