From the high percentage of clay present in the soil of Pianoro Cuddìa, a wine is born that entirely reflects the organoleptic characteristics of its soil. A blend of four native vines, Quater vitis Bianco can be defined as an original interpretation of Sicily that encloses the island in a single glass. Catarratto brings fruity and complex aromas accentuated by the aromatic characteristics of Zibibbo, in harmony with the elegance of Inzolia and the minerality of Carricante which is born on Etna at an altitude of 700 m above sea level in the Cavanera estate. The balance given by the sweetness and the sustained acidity make the white Quater Vitis, a wine intended for aging in the bottle, which lends itself to professional vertical tastings in comparison with international whites with similar longevity such as Riesling, the Great White Burgundies, Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
