Suggested Use: Pour directly onto freshly drained pasta or heat first for 2 or 3 minutes.
Organoleptic characteristics: The finished product has an overall homogeneous structure, characterized by a good density. The presence of peels and seeds is non-existent. The color is red, the smell and flavor are typical of a product obtained from the direct pressing of perfectly healthy and ripe tomatoes, with an aftertaste of fresh basil.
