Produced from "Biancolilla" olives, from organic farming, grown at over 700 meters above sea level on the high hills. The “Biancolilla” at these altitudes expresses the maximum content of aromatic substances and polyphenols. The result is an oil of great harmony, with an almondy and balanced fruitiness, to be combined with all vegetables or fresh cheeses. Due to its herbaceous scent combined with an unexpected sweetness, it goes perfectly with both raw and cooked fish-based cuisine.
